Training in mentoring for the “Lunes Lilas” association in Navarra
What?
Lunes Lilas is a feminist movement born in 2008 in the region (“Comunidad Foral”) of Navarra, aiming to respond to the needs expressed by women suffering from sexist violence. Since Lunes Lilas is a well-known women’s association with a long and impactful track record, women often approach them seeking the kind of support and assistance we propose at Dones Mentores.
Why?
Since 2020 we have established with Lunes Lilas a specific collaboration pattern, whereby Dones Mentores can provide mentoring training to their associates and provide Lunes Lilas with more resources and tools to support women. With this collaboration, we also aspire to introduce mentoring with a gender perspective in the Comunidad Foral of Navarra, and thus be pioneers in its use as a tool against sexist violence.
